I tried few experiments and I think that DNF4 and DNF5 I discovered that DNF5 shows only the first error message therefore this is something we have to investigate.

Reproducer:
When dnf5 distro-sync --best generates an error then exclude additional required dependency. sudo dnf5 distro-sync --best -x python3-solv-0.7.25-20231017004727.0.gf1be8bf3.fc38 DNF5 still reports the same error, but DNF4 adds the new problem to the output.

I think that reporting all problems is better approach.
