Issue description

Create new expression language helper.
Helper name in AbstractTestCase: moreThan
Helper is equivalent for: number > anotherNumber
Helper should works on simple values and array with simple values

Some information:

  • RestControl\TestCase\ExpressionLanguage
  • RestControl\TestCase\AbstractTestCase
  1. PHPUnits
  2. PHP-CS-Fixer 2.10.0
