What version of Remix are you using?

v1.2.1

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Set up new remix project with cloudflare workers.
  2. Deploy the build to cloudflare using the deploy script.

Expected Behavior

Remix build command runs once.

Actual Behavior

Remix build command runs twice.
