This converts all of the boards to the OLKB style layout (tri layer: RAISE, LOWER, ADJUST).
Adds EEPROM support for userspace, so some of the settings persist after power loss (such as audio clicking, but that will have to be changed if #2924 gets merged)
Adds swap hands support for all of my boards (may have conflicts if #2933 gets merged)
Adds thumb indicators for modifier status for the iris and orthodox
