This is a pretty hardcore version of the build process. I basically walk through the process of compiling the avr-gcc and related utilities from their sources all the way up to flashing the Planck. I tried to include some details related to things that caused me issues.

I had wanted to include a build of the dfu-programmer, but I ran out of time. Maybe for the next revision.
