It probably helped a lot a while back, but may not be as usefull
today. We'll continue monitoring it before deletion, so true
positives can be migrated to rstlint.

Sorry, @JulienPalard, I could not cleanly backport this to 3.8 due to a conflict.
Please backport using cherry_picker on command line.
