Allow null as "empty bitmask" in these methods:

  • AMQPExchange::delete
  • AMQPExchange::publish
  • AMQPQueue::ack
  • AMQPQueue::consume
  • AMQPQueue::delete
  • AMQPQueue::get
  • AMQPQueue::nack
  • AMQPQueue::reject

Use standard type bool instead of zend_bool everywhere
