Usage: python bed2gtf [options] <mandatory>
  Options:
      -h, --help:
	       show this help message and exit
  Mandatory:
      -i, --input:
	       File with the regions in bed format
      -o, --output:
	       Name of the gtf file output file. Directory where the file will be created should exist!
