Describe the Bug

Unpublish modals are not reachable when an editor has the document view opened inside of a drawer. This commonly happens when the document is being edited after being opened in something like a RelationshipTable or while editing a document while already inside of a edit-many flow with existing drawers open.

Reproduction Steps

• Grab repro
• pnpm dev _community
• Navigate to posts collection
• Click edit via drawer link
• Observe drawer opening
• Try to unpublish
• Observe unreachable modal
