Runway->Dashboard contains link 'Manage admin menus' to 'Admin Menu Editor' page regardless if 'Admin Menu Editor' extension activated or not. If this extension is not activated, then the link follows to not existing page and a user sees the message 'Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.'
