Description
- Load Sydney Regatta instead of Sand Island
- Update the starting pose of the WAM-V
- Update the task to use the RobotX 2022 dock
- Referencing the 2019 tutorials: https://github.com/osrf/vrx/wiki/vrx_2019-task_tutorials, create a new tutorial at this link: https://github.com/osrf/vrx/wiki/vrx_2022-scan_dock_deliver_task
- Implement the "Deliver" portion of the task.
- Placards should match RobotX specifications. See Task 5.5 in their Task Descriptions document) and note the design details we are carrying over in our documentation: "the placards will feature a pair of square target holes, one small and one large located above the symbol and outlined in black on a white background. The larger hole will be a square 0.5m on a side, and the smaller hole will be a square 0.25m on a side."
- Also note the docking bay diagram below (updated for VRX symbols):
- Note we've decided to add a "rectangle" symbol to match the RobotX task description. (Double check that it is "at least 20cm wide").
- The above change means also changing the light buoy mapping in the scoring plugin so a final color of yellow correlates with a rectangle symbol.
