These files were completely ignored for embedded mode (#ifndef wrapped) but were still included in the CMake list of source files.

These files were completely ignored for embedded mode (#ifndef wrapped) but were still included in the CMake list of source files. This now has CMake ignore them, so the #ifndef is no longer needed.
