Unable to install UI #371

Hello Team,

I have currently installed Open bao as a server using the quay image . It seems to be up and running . when i access the url http://localhost:8200/ui/ it says : "Vault UI is not available in this binary."

To install ui I am trying to run ui by following steps mentioned in https://github.com/openbao/openbao/tree/main/ui. However on running
yarn start i am facing the following error :

In addition to #129, I think #74 and #154 are also blocking the release of the UI.

I'm also migrating from Vault to OpenBao here.
Should we consider that there are no options for an UI for now?

The UI does still build on Linux when you compile from source, using instructions like those posted by @sysadmin-info above. However it's not completely converted; for example, it still shows a vault icon. That's why the openbao distribution of binaries doesn't compile it.
