When selecting the answer in the drop-down menu in the editor for which we want to provide feedback, it is impossible to select the answer unless you click on the text instead of the highlighted region when hovering over the answer.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to an exploration, add interaction with multiple choice answer, add a few choices with just numbers.
2. Click on 'Add new Oppia response'
3. Click on the dropdown to select a choice.
4. Hover over an answer, keep the pointer in the highlighted region but outside the text and try to select the answer choice.

Observed behavior
The answer on which you just clicked doesn't get selected

Expected behaviour
The answer should have been selected even if you clicked on the highlighted region. It is a bad user experience and it took me a while to figure out that you need to click on the text to select an answer.
