Steps to reproduce:

1. Sign in
2. Create an exploration
3. In the editor, click on the link icon in the toolbar

The modal shows an option to Open the link in same window

I don't see a necessity for that option because no creator would want the learners to leave the exploration in the middle. The link should always open in a new tab so that the learner's progress remains preserved in case if a creator enables that option.

It would be useless to provide the user with such an option. I think that option should be removed.
