Wie in #194 gewünscht wurde eine Funktionalität implementiert, dass nach dem Betrag (absolute) des Betrags gesucht werden kann.
Mithilfe von "|" als Prefix vor dem Betrag kann somit vorzeichenlos gefiltert werden. Eine Kombination mit anderen Prefixen ist bislang nicht implementiert oder vorgesehen.
