Current behavior

We would like to set the default width/height of a dialog for all dialogs. Currently you have to provide these options per dialog to open.

Expected behavior

In the root module where you provide the DialogModule the forRoot method should accept additional options as the first parameter, or perhaps a seconds parameter accepting the other options possible for a dialog.

I could possibly work out a solution and create a PR, but it felt like a good idea to check with you if this is something you'd like to have (or already have, but without me knowing)
