This PR remove unneeded stuff from the Dockerfiles:
daemon off;to/etc/nginx/nginx.conf, start nginx with-g "daemon off;"on the procfile/etc/nginx/nginx.confalready hasworker_processes auto;, no need to edit the file for thisca-certificatesopensslis not a required dependency for either image
