Firstly, thanks for a great tool. Really well packaged, and love the nextflow system so far. I only started using it yesterday and I already have great results - things are almost never this easy with bioinformatics tools, unfortunately.

I was wondering if it would be possible to include a newer version of Trim Galore. I have looked at change logs and it seems it would support cutadapt version 2.x which gives multi-core functionality for read trimming (using -j). This would substantially speed up the trimming step which can be a bit of a bottleneck. I personally have experience with cutadapt 2.x and the speed improvement is massive!
