Since v0.7 released in June there've been quite a lot of changes, mostly with the GSoC work: https://mne.tools/mne-connectivity/dev/whats_new.html
Also with #223 merged, all the major goals of the GSoC project were met. I'm wondering if it's worth cutting a release for v0.8 soon?

#232 is related to the GSoC work and should be near finished, however it requires the unreleased MNE 1.10 (which will presumably be a while). I imagine it would be bad form to have a release relying on MNE dev branch features. Is it worth holding off on merging #232 until MNE-Conn v0.8 is released?

Looking at the open PRs, I think #257 is ready. #266 was paused pending the upstream MNE changes but that's sorted now in v1.9, so perhaps that could also be included.
