Hello! I'm getting the following when I attempt to start the process:

Error: could not fork child process: Resource temporarily unavailable (-1).
DLL rebasing may be required. See 'rebaseall / rebase --help'.

Obviously there is no rebase binary packaged with this like Cygwin would typically have. Is there another way to rebase this?
