[Bug]: For unsupported tokenizers, the error message is not user-friendly. #37498

Environment

- Milvus version:master
- Deployment mode(standalone or cluster):
- MQ type(rocksmq, pulsar or kafka):    
- SDK version(e.g. pymilvus v2.0.0rc2):
- OS(Ubuntu or CentOS): 
- CPU/Memory: 
- GPU: 
- Others:

Current Behavior

 pymilvus.exceptions.MilvusException: <MilvusException: (code=2000, message=failed to validate text schema, C Runtime Exception: invalid tokenizer parameters
 : segcore error[segcoreCode=2001])>

pointers in the error message, and should be detected on the Go or SDK side, rather than reporting an error to segcore
