This PR adds in the current list of included localized extensions from VSCODE to locFunc, and also adds in the azuremonitor and datavirtualization extensions for localization. It also removes references to extensions no longer included as part of ADS in the coverConfig for integration tests.
These changes will make it so that for the next langpack we include translated vscode extensions that have been missing preivously.
