Installation

0) install weewx, select 'Simulator' driver

http://weewx.com/docs/usersguide.htm#installing

1) download the driver

wget -O weewx-tracer.zip https://github.com/matthewwall/weewx-tracer/archive/master.zip

2) install the driver

sudo wee_extension --install weewx-tracer.tgz

3) configure the driver

sudo wee_config --reconfigure --driver=user.tracer --no-prompt

4) start weewx

sudo /etc/init.d/weewx start

Verify

To verify that the driver works, invoke it directly:

sudo PYTHONPATH=/home/weewx/bin python /home/weewx/bin/user/tracer.py --help

Driver options

These are the options available for the driver, with their default values:
