We have taken this code to create a local action, which works, but the notifications outputs a URL to github instead to our domain.
E.g. https://github.com/Azure/xxxx/actions/runs/146383 instead of https://github.CUSTOMDOMAIN.com/Azure/xxxx/actions/runs/146383

I have edited the URL due to restrictions.

Can we see if this can be resolved?
