Purpose of this pull request
This pull request (PR) fixes #5247.
Before we can merge this, the PR to update the ReleaseNotification README must be updated in the magento2 codebase and we must regenerate the MRG topics.Now that MRG topics are generated from
_dataand not .md files, we don't have to worry about MRG READMEs that don't follow our more strict devdocs linting standards. This work can proceed.
