Allows Myth:Auth to provide a CodeIgniter 4 authentication implementation. See https://codeigniter4.github.io/CodeIgniter4/extending/authentication.html

Test failures are unrelated, working on those in another PR. I'm merging this so the provision will publish to Composer in a timely manner.
