When any CR change, crds.yaml will be required to generate and update in longhorn-manager/k8s/crds.yaml; however, developers still need to update it to longhorn/chart/templates/crds.yaml to make it take effect for deployment.

Having an automatic sync to prevent any latency to update this file.

Describe the items of the task (DoD, definition of done) you'd like

• Create an automatic PR to longhorn repo to update crds.yaml if crds.yaml has been changed in longhorn-manager repo. Or a similar automatic way.
