Describe the bug (🐛 if you encounter this issue)

In Longhorn UI go to page Setting -> Instance Manager Image, the first 2 value overlapped.

To Reproduce

Navigate UI through Setting -> Instance Manager Image

Expected behavior

Field 'Name' and 'State' not overlap

Log or Support bundle

N/A

Environment

  • Longhorn version: master-head
  • Installation method (e.g. Rancher Catalog App/Helm/Kubectl): kubectl
  • Number of Longhorn volumes in the cluster: 0

Additional context

Appeared in v1.4.1 and v1.3.3-rc1 as well

@chriscchien Don't add backport label directly next time, but rather specify the milestone (1.3.3) instead and mentioned it also happened in 1.4.1 like what we did in 1.4.1 regression testing.

Verified Pass in longhorn-ui master ea6768 as below now the instance-manager name not overlapped.
