Lite editor 1.06 with high-quality subpixel fonts rendering

Preview release of the Lite editor using subpixel font rendering for better quality. Compared to the original version of Lite it features:

• font hinting along the y-axis only, often name Slight Hinting
• gamma correction
• subpixel rendering optimized for LCD monitor with RGB pixels
