@Pothulapati has been an active participant in the Linkerd community, contributing over 100 changes over the past two years. In recognition of Tarun's track record, I'd like to propose that we add him to the project maintainers group. This change adds Tarun to the list of maintainers and moves the _Emeriti_ section below the _Steering Committee_ section.
