They listen on 0.0.0.0 (which is dangerous on most linux distributions by default), and they are barely useful because of the randomness.
In practice it is simpler and slightly more secure.
This allows the dev to uncomment everything

Set a network name that is safe to use as a TLD.
Use the same major version as the one provided by Debian 12.
Issue mentionned in b361f7a has been fixed.
Use NVM to install nodejs in the backend image.
