When I add the payee name as metadata, the name is not expanded.

it should be displayed as:
20-Apr-30 Kentucky Fried Chicken Assets:Cash $-20.00
Kentucky Fried Chicken Expenses:Food $20.00
but it is displayed as:
20-Apr-30 Kentucky Fried Chicken Assets:Cash $-20.00
KFC Expenses:Food $20.00
