journal file showing bug

Hi,

I use automated transactions to accrue taxes for certain transactions, for example interest on my savings account. When it's time to make a closing entry I use a balance assignment to zero out the tax expense account. But either the calculated value is incorrect or, if the account contains only automated postings, there is an error saying that there are multiple null postings (there's a null posting to the closing equity account to balance the income and expense amounts).

I think this is because in the call to account_t::amount, the automated postings don't have the POST_EXT_VISITED and/or ACCOUNT_EXT_VISITED flags set. I think the following patch will fix it:
