Setup docker and docker-compose configuration for the node example demonstrated here - https://github.com/leapfrogtechnology/sync-db/tree/master/examples/node-app-mssql.

The example projects should be simply runnable just a simple command.

$ cd examples/node-app-mssql
$ docker-compose up
