I can't see any reason why audio devices would be needed, and it can cause issues with the host audio

--audio none|null|dsound|oss|alsa|pulse|coreaudio: Specifies whether the VM should have audio support, and if so, which type. The list of supported audio types depends on the host and can be determined with VBoxManage modifyvm.

I can't see any reason why audio devices would be needed, and it can cause issues with the host audio. In my case I had 3 Kubespray VMs all trying to use host audio.
