kubectl replace legacyscheme with kubectl scheme in two tests #69172

  • Replace legacyscheme with kubectl scheme in two tests.
  • Consequently the tests use external versions of resources instead of internal versions.
  • Rename import alias to be more consistent.

Helps address:

kubernetes/kubectl#83
