The `--docker-disable-shared-pid` flag will be removed once per-pod configurable process namespace sharing becomes available. Mark it deprecated to notify cluster admins.

I believe the feature is still Alpha (or at most Beta), and according to the deprecation policy, it's ok to remove the flag next release. |
