These jobs should be fairly uncontroversial:

  kubernetes-e2e-gce-slow-1.2

  kubernetes-e2e-gke-slow-1.2

  kubernetes-soak-...gce-1.2

  kubernetes-upgrade-... (both to and from 1.2, cc @ihmccreery)
  To pick up a draggable item, press the space bar. While dragging, use the arrow keys to move the item. Press space again to drop the item in its new position, or press escape to cancel.

Possibly we want to create some features jobs to test out 1.2 features? Possibly we want to bump the scalability-1.1 to test 1.2 instead, since that's a fairly expensive test?

How about scalability?
