问题描述

第三方插件库怎么弄都是获取插件库失败。直接第三方插件库地址电脑打开又是都能打开访问的。不知道问题出在哪里了。

发生问题时系统日志和配置文件

一样的问题，我已经存在很多版本了，魔法换了不下5个都一样；
我从二级分类策略改版开始无法连上插件市场的，每个版本都及时升级，目前在1.9.15，bug依然存在；
除了二级分类，所有设定均为环境变量配置；

同样的问题，全局代理都开了，测试网络也是正常的，就是连不上插件库
