Starlink made a change in 2024.11.13.mr45845.2 that broke the metric starlink_dish_pop_ping_latency_seconds, causing this metric to always be 0.

This breakage might also affect starlink_dish_pop_ping_drop_ratio, however I am yet to confirm.

This issue seems to actually affect Starlink's own app, so I am almost certain it is not intentional 😂

They finally fixed this issue in 2024.12.12.mr46969.2, so certainly not intentional haha.
