I'm not very happy with
#ifs, but it appears that abstracting this into a module won't make this any easier.I'm also not entirely sure if we should keep support for Aeson 1. Looks easy enough on one hand, but OTOH the users are unlikely to depend both on Hakyll and Aeson. I kept the support because it means fewer angry users, at least in the short term.
I intend to make a new release once this and #898 are merged.
