Integration of documentation into the main InvenTree repo:

  • Consolidation of code = simpler
  • Improved release cycles

Ref: #4623
Closes inventree/inventree-docs#375

Documentation repo will be locked to retain docs history

TODO:

  • Ensure docs are building properly
  • Migrate readthedocs repo target
  • Remove webhooks from old repo
  • Lock old repo
  • Migrate outstanding issues from docs repo
