1.在看.SUP字幕时，字幕缩放功能会变成灰色失效，但是可以通过切换成.srt或其他字幕来调整缩放，再切换成原来的.SUP字幕实现。也就是说.SUP字幕其实是可以缩放的，但是调整按钮有BUG，需要改进。这个问题一直存在很长时间了，一直没改善。
Subtitle scaling button may be unusable when selecting a .SUP sub. In order to do scaling, I must switch to .srt or other type subs, after adjust, then switch back to .SUP. I've found This issue for a long long time, wish to fix.

2.希望添加字幕样式预置功能，把当前字幕样式设置一键保存，可以保存多个预置来回切换，也可以导出导入、备份、以及分享给他人。
Wish to add a feature to save sub setting as presets. So we can import, export, save copys or share to other people. I think this could be a very cool feature.
