For some reason, the test runs with 3.11-beta.3 even that beta.4 is available in setup-python. Maybe there is some cache somewhere, let's wait a bit
Edit: it seems the release is not yet in the manifest https://github.com/actions/python-versions/blob/main/versions-manifest.json
Edit2: beta.4 is available and passes the tests
