FAB-4820 delete unused documents and images

there were an abundance of obsolete documents many simply placeholders to be completed cluttering the docs. There were also a bunch of images that were no longer used anywhere. Change-Id: Ia87a7efd9247bf41f5da60c5471424e9b29084cb Signed-off-by: Christopher Ferris <chrisfer@us.ibm.com>
