Previously, I thought we might clear native code when invalidating - we don't. We only do that when clearing.

Previously, I thought we might clear native code when invalidating - we don't. We only do that when clearing.
So we only really need to enqueue clears, but I'll leave the mechanics for enqueuing separately. Sorry, my mistake.
