CodeBeat and CodeFactor are both tools to evaluate code quality. Their function overlaps so only one is needed. CodeBeat is much slower than CodeFactor and could take hours for evaluation of a single PR. Thus, we keep CodeFactor as our evaluation tool. We need to maintain the A rating for our code quality review.
