What is the problem?
Some node handlers were skipped previously and they are in fact broken.
What does this PR do?
This PR fixed the tests in the
test_node_handlersection. On a side note, this PR also move thehas_biasmethod to the highest parent class to avoid redundant method definition.Test Results
No test in the
test_node_handlersection is skipped now and all can pass.
