This PR adds an
approved_byattribute to a stage. When a user approves a build, a log message will be emitted and the approving user'sLoginwill be persisted to the database in thestage_approved_bycolumn. This will give build approvals some auditability.As far as testing goes,
go test ./...passes locally. I haven't found any other test suites to run.If I've missed something, please let me know 🙂
